Welcome to Karature. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of karature.com and your purchase of products from Karature Ltd. ("Karature," "we," "us," or "our"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Eligibility

To place an order with us, you must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and able to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your Account

You may be able to create an account to make your shopping experience easier. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to anyone else. Please notify us through the support form on our website if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Products and Availability

We take care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including the materials and characteristics of our lab-grown diamonds and silver pieces. However, the colours and finishes you see may vary depending on your screen, and slight natural variations are part of the character of fine jewelry.

All products are subject to availability. Some items may be offered for purchase while temporarily out of stock, in which case they are marked as backordered on the product page with an estimated ship date. We may change, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Receiving an order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or limits on the quantities available for purchase. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may update our prices at any time, and the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout and set out in your order confirmation.

While we work hard to ensure our pricing and product information are accurate, errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel an order if any information was inaccurate, at any time and even after you have placed your order. If an item was listed or ordered at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.

Payment is due at the time you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout. If you choose to pay using an installment or buy-now-pay-later option, that payment is also subject to the separate terms, approval, and conditions of the provider offering it.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review both, as they form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including the Karature name, logo, brand, text, images, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to Karature Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms allow you to use our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. Feedback

If you send us any ideas, suggestions, reviews, photos, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant Karature Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that Feedback in any medium and for any purpose, including to promote our products and Services. You confirm that you own or have the rights to any Feedback you provide and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We are not obligated to keep Feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Karature.
